Exhibitor Prospectus

 The Washington State Society of Anesthesiologists (WSSA) is a 1,200+ member organization dedicated to advancing the science and art of anesthesiology, stimulating interest, and promoting progress in the specialty.

The Spring Scientific Meeting provides exhibitors an intimate setting in which to have personal interaction with approximately 80-100 anesthesiologists from throughout Washington State. To ensure maximum traffic, the breakfast and coffee breaks are located in the exhibit area.

Registered exhibitors will be listed on the conference brochure and WSSA Website with a link to their company’s Website. A pre-registration list will be provided at the meeting and an electronic list of mailing addresses will be provided following the meeting.

Exhibitor Information

  • $450 for each 6’ x 3’ skirted tabletop exhibit with two chairs
  • Complimentary wireless Internet access is available throughout Bell Harbor International Conference Center
  • Electrical hookup is available upon request

  • Packages may arrive at Bell Harbor within three business days of the event start date 
  • Keep your Planning Manager updated on approximately how many packages you expect to have shipped in order to ensure appropriate storage space
  • Special Arrangements are required for palletized and other over-sized shipments. Please contact your Planning Manager.
